Principle Power’s WindFloat Selected by Industry Leading Consortium for Upcoming French Floating Wind Tender Bid

Aix en Provence, France, April 4th, 2016 – Principle Power is pleased to announce that a recently formed consortium has selected the WindFloat as the technology of choice, for their collective bid, to the “Call for Projects” by the French Environment Agency, ADEME. This opportunity leverages Principle Power’s market-leading WindFloat technology, track record, and strong local presence, through Principle Power France in Aix-en-Provence. Principle Power France (and other Principle Power subsidiaries) has operated the WindFloat 1 Prototype (WF1), offshore of Portugal, since October 2011.
